The Bike Rack Duo has a low-profile Fork Mount. The fork mount is pivotable in 3 mounting positions, in addition it can be mounted both ways in the rack, and the rack can be mounted both ways on the car. This provides superior adjustment opportunities and helps avoiding contact between the bikes.

What makes the Bike Rack Duo unique is that it can be used as a mono, duo or trio rack. The base plate has, in addition to the two standard mounting positions on the sides for 2 bikes, a front center mounting position for the fork mount. This can either be used as a mono for 1 heavier e-bike (max weight 26Kg.) or as a trio for 3 lighter road bikes (max weight 12 Kg. Per bike). (contact us for expansion module for trio).

The newly developed fork mount will, in the front center position, reduce the required mounting space in the length direction by about 10cm. Compared to similar racks on the market. This has a huge impact on smaller and shorter cars, or when you need to avoid panel gaps between the roof and tailgate, or take into account the sunroof, etc.

The fork mount is manufactured in equivalent aluminum as in climbing equipment that climbers trust with their lives, and has extremely high strength.
The base plate has a "stealth" appearance, and is manufactured in high-density polyethylene HDPE. The material was chosen because HDPE has extreme durability, low weight, but is flexible so that the rack follows the curves of the car roof. This provides minimal tension on the roof and is gentle on the car.

Bike Rack Duo comes with the innovative low-profile VacuumRack Fork Mount. It is developed with a direct fit design to all our adapters. On many other racks, you have to change the fork mount between Quick Release and Thru Axle, or between different sizes of Thru Axle. That was out of question for us when we were developing a user-friendly rack, and we have therefore developed a fork mount where both Quick Release and all adapters for Thru Axle fit on one and the same VacuumRack Fork Mount.

Adapter Kit is a complete package, with all adapters to bicycles that use "Thru Axle" mounting bolt.

The set is developed for Bike Rack Mono and Duo where all adapters fit in the same fork mount, both regular 100mm width and 110mm "boost".

The adapters have an elegant design. They are manufactured in equivalent aluminum as in climbing equipment that climbers trust with their lives, and have extremely high strength for secure attachment of all types of bicycles.

Each adapter has its own place in the box. In addition, there is space to store the Quick Release bolt when it is not in use. During the development, we also thought about creating extra space for you who use the Adapter Kit with Bike Rack Duo and transport two bicycles that need the same adapter. There is therefore room for up to two additional adapters that can be purchased as accessories.
